Incorrect multi-voice/stave note head positioning
1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
Result: The positioning of multi-voice/stave note heads differs in comparison with the original.
For example: In bars 3 and 4 of MuseScore, the note heads of either whole or half notes are off-centre compared to the other.
Discussion: I include the page because there are multiple examples throughout. I post here, instead of the Issue Tracker because I don't feel very authoritative about the subject, at the moment.

Some improvements have been made, but I think a few other problems have been introduced:
The ledger lines are inconsistent in length (i.e. bars 7-9).
The stems of minims are a little too far into the note head.
It maybe for another issue, but an existing problem is the overlapping parts in bar 5 - see page 53 of 'Behind Bars'.

This seems to address the stem issue: #20869: Up-stem notes in Emmentaler font have stem a tiny bit too far to the left
At least in recent builds, it affects both up-stem and down-stem notes.
Regarding the original report, there's been a regression :).

This will be lost... Please file a bug report with all the steps and context.
Chen lung: On IRC you mention the following pages from Behind Bars:
"Pages 36, 57, 201, 227, 228, 229, 250, 286, 291, 338, 399, 401, 417, 468, 498, 529, 532, 537, 542, 547, 550, 600, 619, 620 and 621 of BB contain images featuring a semibreve value and another note. It might be helpful looking at the pages listed under 'Vertical Alignment' in the index."
I don't have access to the book at the moment. What do the images show?
Perhaps this topic surrounds a question:
With some exceptions to avoid collision, should note heads in a chord of different values be positioned centre?
For example: In a chord with a semibreve and a minim, the latter is centred to the former, whilst in other instances, it is off-centre.
