PDF upload Audioveris: awesone, worked for me!
However, the generated file has some inconsistencies. Has anyone got advice on how to fix them or do I have to do that manually?

Is that how it read out or have you tweaked some things?
I have changed one wrong cross-staff beaming in the third bar i think.
But mostly it is how it read out, even the header...

I have tried this with other scores(musescore pdfs and some containing simply scans of music) and it didn't work.
However, this one was created with lilypond, so that might be the reason for the extraordinarily good conversion.
Still, normal users wouldn't know how to deal with the score corruption.

I'm a bit confused. Was this scanned in directly to MS, or was it first just generated with Lilypond and then converted?

It looks like a PDF found online, which says in the footer "Created with Lilypond". Hence the good quality, and ease of conversion with Audiveris.

I actually found it on my local library's website(it says that on the footer too)
