Missing score on MS.com

Please note: I have been trying to get this problem resolved under MS.com,, but no results. I tried to replace a score I had had up there for several years with a slightly new version, and MS started uploading it for a short time, then aced it out. The screen went blank. MS has disappeared the file, though strangely, the Stats will still display. The file's name is: Opera the Anasazi from Act II File #5 When earth Was Younger. If you click on this, MS just says "page not found sorry about that." During the attempted upload, something went wrong on MS.com. I have been going back and forth with Shoichi about it on" Improving MS," but not getting anywhere. I colud start over and re upload the score, description etc. but then I will lose the stats, 871 views, etc.
