Slash chord text alignment
I'm new to Musescore so this may be an issue with my understanding how to use the system, but when I edited the text associated with a fretboard diagram to modify it from a B7 to a B7/F#, the position of the resulting text moved up, and the "B7/F#" isn't all on the same vertical alignment. The / is slightly lower, then the F is slightly lower again, and the # is slightly lower again. Please see the attached images. This seems like a bug to me, but if there's something I am doing wrong, or if there's a work-around please let me know.
Thanks

The sharp isn't moved down, but the hash you entered is replaced with the actual sharp symbol of the selected font when rendering the text. In many fonts the bottom-right corner of the sharp center rectangle is indeed baseline aligned in the font.
But when using slash notation to indicate the bass note, MuseScore indeed shifts the vertical position of the chord before the slash and the chord after it.

Thanks.
Do you know of a way to end up with the B7/F# all on the same line positioned the same as the B7 ?

You'd probably need your own chord symbol style file for that.
See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/chord-symbols for a bit more background and reference.
