Did you also try: go into your soundcard configuration from Control Panel and ensure that the Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device in the Advanced tab of both Playback and Recording is unticked?
and
try to update your sound drivers. Esp. if you're on a 64-bit Windows and MuseScore 2 has sound, but MuseScore 3 does not, the cause might be 32-bit sound drivers. You could in that case also try a 32-bit MuseScore version.

I also use the 64- bit version of studio one, and it works so ... and i don't know where the soundcard configuration is XD ^^" also the thing whit "view in the menu and synthesizer" is a little bit strange ... also this synthesizer "button" is grey ...

Entirely unrelated and different purpose

Ok. But why i also can't hear this? And what is the puropse of it?

It's purpose is for transposing instruments to switch between transposing and sounding notation.
No idea why playback doesn’t work for you, but that button is nor related to the problem at all

Ok ... what else could I try?

On Windows, open the System Mixer and check if MuseScore is present.
