how do I automatically change the sound in the mixer? I have already understood one by one, but when I write another song the sound in the mixer returns to normal, and I have to replace one by one?

It's not really clear what you. Different songs have different instruments and different sounds. There is no way changes made in one song could affect sounds in another. What is it you are trying to replace?

This happened when I changed SoundFont

The problem is, for example when I write a song with a flute instrument, because I have changed the sound font, I want to use that sound font on the flute. Then I change the sound of the flute in the mixer, in the way shown. but when I want to make a new score with the flute, the flute's sound is back to normal, not the sound sound that I downloaded, so I have to change the manual when I write a new score, so can I change the soundfont permanently? without having to manually change the mixer

Sounds like you are using a soundfont that isn't General MIDI compatible, then? Using non-standard soundfonts is possible, but you will indeed need to work a little harder. Placing it below the standard soundfont on the list and then setting things in the Mixer manually is necessary when using non-standard soundfonts.

If you can't find any GM-compatible soundfonts that work for you, then perhaps you could make you own by downloading & installing a soundfont editor and just replacing the flute sound in a standard soundfont with the one you like.

First thing I'd try if the HQ soundfont you can get easily via Help / Resource Manager.

Other than that, I don't know, these things are subjective. Personally I find the default soundfont better than almost everything people recommend as an alternative. But feel free to keep looking, just don't bother trying anything that doesn't specifically have the phrase "General MIDI" or "GM" in the description.
