(De)Cresc. lines not working?
I wrote down those things but I hear no crescendos in sound. This happened with all soundfonts I have. Shouldn't it work by default?

Score needed. Would work only with instruments supporting single note dynamics and a soundfont that does too, and the proper settings in synthesizer

I think it's perhaps because only "expressive" sounds support single-note dynamics.

Works fine for me in your score with the default soundfont, at least for those crescendos that actually do anything notice. Eg, a crescendo from sf to ff is no change at all, both dynamics have a velocity of 112. But change that pp, and I hear it fine. It doesn't work so well with "fp" because of a known bug in 3.5 involving ties.

eek- i wish sf had different mechanics: like considering the previous and next dynamics... and the dynamics on other parts... but that sounds too complicated.
