Tuplets in voices
Every time when I need tuplets in different voices, I puzzle over and try to remember - how to contrive and do it.
There is nothing about this in the program handbook. In the end, I do it like this (for example, eighth triplets): I input fictitious notes of a longer duration (quarter) in different voices, then convert them to triplets, then input the desired notes - as shown in the video -https://youtu.be/cvKNXNs30kE. It seems inconvenient to me. Please tell me if this method is optimal, or is there another one?
It would be nice to have such explanations in the handbook. It is also obvious that the explanations made here https://musescore.org/en/node/11186 are clearly insufficient.

For triplets in every voice you can start with a rest (actually just a duration) of the appropriate length.
If I'm already in note input mode in any voice here are my key strokes to make a triplet of 3 8th notes:
5 ctrl+3 a b c
I now have a 3 8th note triplet with the notes A, B, & C The total duration of this triplet is the same as a quarter note.

How you will add 8th note triplet or another tuplet in 2nd voice after "5 ctrl+3 a b c" in 1st voice - like on the image?

Sorry, but I don't understand. What keys? After the "d" we need to go back to the beginning of the measure, right? If then we will press "Ctrl + Alt + 2" we will not switch to the second voice, and after "5 Ctrl + 5 a b d c", we will get a completely different picture.

Ctrl+Alt+2 does switch to voice 2 and goes to the start of the measure. Just try it, I did and it works as described

Yeah, I didn't take into account that Ctrl+Alt+2 switches to the beginning of the measure. But I'm interested in score editing in general case. What if our triplet is in the middle of a measure - in any part of the score, and we change focus with the mouse?
"Ctrl+Alt+1, 5, Ctrl+3, a b c d, 5, Ctrl+3, a b c d, click in any part of the score" what then?

Apparently the essence of the problem is that I was not used to enter pauses (rests), so I entered notes, which I replaced with tuplets, and it seemed inconvenient to me. Although the algorithm is essentially the same.
