Search for voice in issues does not give all results

I opened the issue tracker and set Search to "voice" and Severity to S5 - Suggestions and everything else to -Any- leaving Tags empty but #58031: Dynamics/hairpin range for Voice did not show up in the results. Quite strange.

Changing severity to -Any- didn't show this issue either.
