Something... happened.
It seems like a completely random selection of this score's notes have taken enharmonics. I have no idea why it did that. Does anyone know how to solve that other than to go through every single note and respelling it?

Don't panic ! :D :D
You can change the enharmonic spelling of a selcted note (or multiple selected notes) with hotkey: 'j'
(perhaps you accidentally pressed the j key while some of your notes were selected..?)
while a note is selected, pressing j repeatedly - cycles through the possible alternative 'spellings'
