Musescore latest update 3.5 is not starting. it crashes

Evert IJsselmuiden (https://musescore.com/user/7477001) sent a message: Since my update today to 3.5 my musescore is crashing before it starts. I have tried repair. remove and install the whole program but it keeps crashing. Now i re-installed the previous version 3.4.2.9788 that works fine. I have windows 7 with 32 bits computer.
What can be the problem?

Probably the start center. With 3.5.0 start it with a score from a file manager, then disable the start center in preferences.

This is how my startcenter is in my working version. What should i do before i reinstall 3.5?

Alternatively start MS with the option "-w" from command line: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/command-line-options
