Project
Any loop containing the last measure (using the transport controls), which has an ending repeat barline is ignored. To create the bug, simply select the last bar, hit the loop playback button and watch musescore go to the beginning of the score, ignoring the highlighted loop and following the repeat sign.

Perhaps, I should have rated the severity of the bug as being more than minor. Hopefully, it won't be passed over.
Confirmed. Not the case in MuseScore 2.3.2, so a regression
It happens on 3.5 version
That score just works. Make sure "Play Repeats" is enabled (that ":|" button in the tool bar)
I'm sure the Play Repeats" is enabled (":|" button in the tool bar).

toggle it, off and back on, there have been situations with the actual value and the shown value were not identical. Whatever it is, that score plays and repeats just fine for me. Unless you're using the loop feature, in which case this here is the bug report for that, and happens ever since 3.0. But as per that image you don't.

OK. It works after toggle it, off and back on again. But don't you think is a bugthat need to be fix?
Same problem here. Playback won't repeat. Turning things off and on again does not help.
@Pedro Félix : that has been fixed in 3.5.0, so shouldn't happen again. (but might have survived after an update, as that doesn't rewrite the ini file)
@Stefan Björk : in loop mode? Or are you just running into #308698: Continuous view stops repeats from working in playback

As you you can see my version is alreadu 3.5.0…
As said, that bug might have survived the update which doesn't touch the settings but should not happen on a fresh install, after a factory reset or after changing that (or any) setting once. Which you confirmed to have fixed it for you.
Unless you're having that issue with continuous view...
