Horizontal Frame Changes
I have , with a frame. After I save, nothing changes.
With the same piece, I have this (only the piano is displayed as the other instruments are rests).
After I save, I end up with this - the frame moved to the next line.

It's probably a slight layout recalculation. Make the frame a little smaller (less wide) and it should stay where it belongs. If this doesn't help, attach the score.
As an exaplanation, MuseScore does a full layout recalculation when it reloads but only what's necessary while you are editing it. There is the occasional variation like this. It's a bug that should be fixed but quite easy to overcome.

I just thought I'd report it. Thanks!

If you can attach a score where we can make this happen again you could submit an official bug report.

That will be a good file to use. If you select the frame after measure 2 and shorten it just enough to put it back on the previous system then save, the frame moves back to the next system. The workaround is to make the frame a little shorter it will survive the save.
You can report the bug as a minor bug at https://musescore.org/en/node/add/project_issue?pid=1236 with a severity of S4-Minor and check the workaround box.
