Lines and slurs revert to auto placement
In this score copied from this PDF, I have now manually fixed all of the slurs, hairpins ottavas and so forth 2 or 3 times now and they keep reverting back to their default positions with auto placement turned on. You can see randomly throughout the score some are still adjusted, while others have once again reverted to defaults. I started this score under 3.5 and don't remember the reversion happening while working in version 3.5, but I know it happened in both 3.5.1 & 3.5.2.
This is getting quite tiring. Perhaps someone could see what the cause is and I'll happily enter a bug report so it can be fixed. BTW, the score is still under copyright in some places so I have provided links.

There were bugs in older versions that could cause things like this to happen, but to the best of my knowledge, every reported instance of this has been fixed for at least a year or so. Certainly wouldn't surprise me too much to learn some as-yet-undiscovered corner case(s) remain, though.
The one thing I can think of that might lead to the perception of a problem is if you adjust a line that crosses systems, then the layout changes in a way where that system break no longer exists. Then, neither will your manual adjustments. Depending on the exact sequence of things, it's possible that re-adding the system break will result in the previous adjustments being reinstated, and it's also possible it won't be. To me that shouldn't be too surprising, though, and I wouldn't really classify it as a bug if the invalidated adjustments didn't return on the reinstatement of the system breaks. Unless the simple act of toggling continuous view ever triggered it, which it shouldn't and doesn't for me.
As it is, if you can provide steps to reproduce the problem, we can look into it.

I entered the score with system breaks so the page layout will match the PDF, a requirement for turning it into braille which is what will happen with this score. I went back to make sure everything was entered correctly and found some wrong notes, missing dynamics and even slurs. I fixed those as I went through and found the slurs, lines and hairpins had in large part reset themselves. I adjusted them again as I went through the score again checking for something different, adjusting some notes and found once again that the slurs and lines had reset. I haven't touched the system breaks since I entered to the score and haven't looked at it in continuous view since it would like be a mess. I think this is my fourth pass through the score and they are once again reset. Since blind people won't see the slurs and line adjustments I make that won't matter, but the score is rather confusing to a sighted person. I put invisible text in the score to explain things that might not export to musicxml properly so the braille will be correct.

No save/reload in there either? - this was all a single session? I can't recall any report like that even in past versions, well, except maybe in a beta. Anyhow, do let us know if you come up with steps to reproduce. I guess maybe if you tried changing time signatures somewhere, that could affect manual adjustments to subsequent slurs, kind of the same story as with system breaks.

Save/reload was not a consistent factor. I saved often and keep auto save turned off. I restart my computer about once a week and it the resets were not directly related to any closing the score and reopening it. I closed and reopened it to see if this caused the reset by itself but as you can see the first few pages of the score in question have slurs and lines still adjusted. I'm stumped.
