Reinterpret in cut time, or vice versa
Suppose I start notating something as sixteenth notes, and find it is all too crowded, and want to reinterpret the notes and so forth as cut time with twice the quarter note tempo, just to ease the notation. So for example, all the sixteenths become eight notes, etc. Is there a way to do this?

Cut the measures (ctrl+c), insert the proper time signature, then use the menu Edit->Paste double duration.
