How to get multiple grand staffs on a page
Hi Folks,
I am a raw beginner at music notation. I was able to set up my page with a Piano grand staff. I would like to have 3 more Grand Staffs in addition to the one that was created when I created the page. How do I go about doing this? This is not covered in the Tutorial Videos.
Any help would be very much appreciated,
Sincerely,
Alan

So you want 4 pianos playing at the same time???
If not, you probably just want system breaks, see the Breaks and Spacers palette

My miscommunication,
I am trying to have 4 grand staffs or should I have written 4 lines on the same page. Just one piano. Each line will have 3 measures. My start up piano page only shows 1 line (Grand Staff). I am at a loss as to how to get the other 3 lines on the page aside from the first one. I tried the Breaks and Spacers tools but was not successful, I will definitely give it another go. My apologies for any confusion my newbieness may have caused.
Thanks for your suggestion,
Alan

So you want one piano, but system breaks every 3 measures

Thanks everyone for you responses, but I have finally figured out how to do the system breaks.
All the best,
Alan

Attach here the score and/or make sure you have no other breaks on it

Perhaps switch from continuous view to page view?

Thanks, I am in Page view.

One more question folks,
I was able to use the system break to get my 4 lines on the page, but the last line is shorter than the first 3. How do I even up this last line with the first 3 lines?
Thanks,
Alan

Format > Style > Page > Last system fill threshold

Once again I am in your debt.
