Time Signature messed up
I have struck a problem with my score. I had changed one bar (13) to 2/4 time. Then deleted it. Now as you can see bar 17 is stuck on 3/4 time and wont budge. It should be 4/4 time. This is my first use of musescore so any assistance would be appreciated. See file attached.

I have inserted a measure (Add/Measure/Insert);
Copy&Paste the notes;
Selected the last->Ctrl+Del.
