From looking at the whole measure, it looks like some strange notation. There are 6 1/4 notes plus a 1/4 rest in the manuals while there is only a 1/2 note in the pedals. This means you need to make a decision on if you believe you need 7 beats in the space of 2 or a 1/2 note to last 7 beats. In either case the easiest way is to use a customized tuplet. Note that the language dropdown on the right of the screen includes a Spanish translation.
It's not meant to be played in time. I'd probably be thinking in terms of making the half note play longer. Like, maybe add beats to the measure, hide the longer note, then add a silent half note in its place.
