automation, or macros
Is there a way to create keyboard macros, or just generally create automation of repetitive tasks?
I frequently write small 1-4 bar phrases that I'd like to copy and paste and transpose so I can have version in all keys. I typically do a highlight/copy/paste/Tools/ highlight /transpose/By Interval/ up a perfect fourth....repeat 12 times around the circle of 4ths.
The above method works fine but just wondering if a method exists to make it all go faster and less prone to error.

I remember a plugin that someone wrote that allowed you to basically record a macro and assign a shortcut to it but it had some obscure name that I don't remember so I couldn't find it on the list.
