Drop Tuning on Guitar parts written on staff (not on tablature)
All of the tutorials and past posts seem to be about changing it for the tablature (which I have done before), but I need to have a guitar part in Drop D on a staff. Anyone know how to do so, if the feature exists?

On a normal non-Tab staff it won't make any difference though, what would you expect?
Indeed, tuning of the instrument should be irrelevant for standard notation, except that drop D will extend the range of a guitar to go down to D instead of E. So if you wish to avoid the warning about out of range notes, you can sue Staff Properties to change the playable range.

;-) took a while until I got it
