Staff of Symphony Orchestra

Hi, I am composing in a Symphony Orchestra Format, then suddenly the staff of the contrabass was nowhere to be found in one of the pages because it is pushed down by the staffs on the upper. How can I change the staff size, so the contrabass can be seen again? Thank you in advance.
