Musescore 3.6 cannot make custom instrument order.
The custom instrument order does not have any up/down arrows for re-arranging the current order of instruments for custom order. For small ensembles such as piano/violin this poses a problem.

The up/down arrows are at the right edge of the dialog now

It is a change that I'm sure many of us long-time users will take a while to adjust to.
