When I start MuseScore, the program will freeze when showing "Restoring session..." on the startup screen.
I have updated to the new version some minutes before.
Opening .mscz files doesn't work, I already tried that.

When I attempt to open version 3.6 with the desktop shortcut it crashes after it opens. I have to double click on an existing file to open 3.6.
Then I get a dialog box that says "the previous session quit unexpectedly", I choose "No".
Then I get another dialog box: "Cannot read file.... :
This score was saved using a newer version of MuseScore.
Visit the MuseScore website to obtain the latest version."
I already have the latest version. I choose "Ignore" and then 3.6 opens.
Make sure you really have 3.6.1 and not 3.6.0, check Help > About

Thanks, reverting to factory settings worked, but, when I restart MuseScore it crashes again.
