No sound. songs and notes will not play.
The playback, metronome and midi buttons are 'greyed out.' and I cannot click on them. When I add a note it will not play. When I click on a note and then press space bar it will not play.
this only began happening yesterday. This is on version 3.5.
P.S I have already tried what the support site has suggested: synthesizer (which is blocked), I/O etc.

I see the same thing after upgrading to 3.6.2. This is on Windows 10. I tried "revert to factory settings", but the synthesizer is still disabled.

No I don't believe so. I could use AirPods that I have.

It's just that bluetooth headphones can be difficult to get working, sometimes.

Wait... I have a fresh install of MuseScore 3.6.2 and the sound is working fine!
OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.6.2.548021803, revision: 3224f34
