Loop Playback Error For Measures Ending With a Triplet
In any measure ending with a triplet, when attempting to set the last note of the triplet group as the loop out flag, the flag skips to the next measure and includes the first note of the next measure. Thus playback includes this extra note in the play back sequence.
I have attached a sample showing the problem.

For some reason, Muscore 3 did not capture the flags. (I should also mention that I am using the latest version of Muscore 3 V3.6.2.548021803)
I have attached a capture from another source.
I can easily believe there could be situations where this would happen, but I can't reproduce. Can you attach your actual score as opposed to a picture, and tell us exactly how you are trying to set the loop? I normally do it by select the entire region then pressing the loop button on the main toolbar. This works fine. I also tried using the button sin the Play Panel to set the out point and I was able to get a slight visual glitch, but not so much that an extra note played.

Marc,
The glitch appears to be related to the Loop In "[" and Loop Out "]" buttons of the play panel, When I use the technique you described (both from the main menu and the Play Panel, the correct selection results.
However, if I use the LOOP IN /LOOP OUT buttons the glitch appears. Here's how I do It.
Hit F8 to bring up PLAY PANEL
Select first note of desired area
Hit LOOP IN [
Select last note of desired area (last note of triplet)
Hit LOOP OUT ]
If the LOOP OUT note selected is the LAST NOTE OF ANY TUPLET, this is where the LOOP OUT Flag adds a note, skipping to and including the first note in the following measure.
I have attached a file with some combinations to illustrate. Again, using your technique/workaround, looping appears to select properly. Using the buttons in combination with tuplets appears to have the glitch.
Thoughts?

Definitely seems like a bug, I encourage you to submit it to the issue tracker! I'd mark it category Functional, severity Minor, workaround Yes.
