Die Apps for iOS und Android werden ausschließlich auf musescore-com unterstützt, nicht hier auf musescore.org.
Versionen der Apps die MuseScore 3 Partituren unterstützen sind in Arbeit.

da wir jetzt 2021 haben, möchte ich nochmal fragen, ob inzwischen eine Version für Ipad in Aussicht ist?

Aber auf der Seite gibt’s UTM, und damit kannst Du eine Linux-VM auf dem iPad laufenlassen und dadrin dann MuseScore. Ob damit Audio geht weiß ich aber nicht, habe kein iPad und kann’s daher nicht probieren.
