I want to install the current Musescore but I tried to uninstall Musescore 3 and it doesn't appear in the program list. ? ?

In which case there's no uninstall.

Or the Microsoft Store version, 3.3.4? It is shown in a different place than 'normal' installed programs

So where do I go to uninstall it or will 3.6.2 install over it?

Uninstall what exactly?
The PortableApp? You don't. Just don't use it and/or delete the foldere containing it.
The Microsoft Store version? Setting > Apps
In either case though 3.6.2 would install in parellel

Sorry - I completely forgot I had installed 3 on my external hard drive - hence the confusion.
