Large time signatures

One thing that would be pretty great in Musescore is a style option for large time signatures, e.g. for film scoring. Right now it's possible to get a similar effect, but you have to manually increase the size of the time signatures and then disable them in the other staves, which is definitely not ideal, since it's time-consuming and a little wonky.
