Time signature split into two musical staves

Dear Sirs
I write songs that have lyrics for singing
At certain times I need to divide a measure into two different staves
In the attached example I need to divide measure 11 so that the second beat of the measure goes to the next musical staff
In this case I need the notes D and C of measure 11 on the next musical staff
