No sound from Tenor instrument
Hi,
I had previously attempted to load the QDSolfege sound font, was not successful with that. Since then the Tenor staff does not produce any sound(Choir Aahs), the other instruments in the scores work fine. I have reinstalled Musescore hoping that would reset all defaults, that has not helped. View/Synthesizer/Fluid shows Musescore_General.sf3
Would appreciate the help, thank you.
System: Musescore 3.6.2.54..., Windows 10 (64bit)

Maybe it's selected "choir aahs expr." instead of "choir aahs" inside the mixer?

Very much appreciate, the prompt help

the former should work too though, if for the instrument 'single note dynamics' is enabled (which is the case when selecting the Tenor instrument in MuseScore, but may not when importing)

Jojo-Schmitz Thank you for the response, as Kuwitt suggested, it was set to Choir Aahs Expr., I changed to Choir Aahs and it works. I just saw your comment of May 8, 'If using an "expr." Sound, make sure the instrument has "Single note dynamics" enabled'. I am learning, appreciate the help.

For Tenor (the male voice) single note dynamics is enabled by default and the expr. sound is used and works.
So I wonder why it isn't for you?

Thank you for that piece of info, I will familiarize myself with 'single note dynamics' and check if it has been enabled for Tenor(Choir Aahs Expr.) in my setup.
