My file keeps corrupting
I've been working on this piece for about 12 hours now but every time I save, both of my harp parts get corrupted at measures 23 and 24. I've tried all the methods Musescore gave at https://musescore.org/en/node/54721 but none of them are working. I don't know how to fix it, please help.

MuseScore is not able to detect corruptions in parts. Your corruption is reported on both staves of the harps that are also included in the one part you have. You must first remove the part and only then fix the score. As it looks like you've not done many changes to the part yet, I've simply regenerated it afterwards.
See how the attached works out for you (I've inserted two new blank measures, copied the contents of the original m24&25 for all other instruments then copied m23 to m24 & 25 for the harps and adjusted them to match the notation that was still shown. Then removed the original measures (remove selected range).

Thank you so much! This is the biggest piece I've ever worked on and I've already had to restart once. I probably would've just abandoned it if no one helped

A piece that I am working on keeps on getting corrupted each time I save it in the same measures, even though I correct them each time before saving. I tried making a copy of the file and that copy got corrupted, too. What should I do?

My bet is that you have parts generated for it and you fix the corruption only in the main score, but not in the part.
