Soundfont changing to Honky Tonk piano... but only on mobile?

Hi friends! Hopefully someone can help me with this weird issue.

I've uploaded two scores, both using a Yamaha C5 soundfont. They sound totally normal on the desktop site, but when playing either of them via the mobile app, they're in... honky tonk?

Here's one of the scores—play it on desktop first, and then play it back via the app and you'll see what I mean:

Some more info: When adding the C5 soundfont via the Synthesizer menu, I made sure to bump it to the top of the list. And of course, I double-checked that I selected it from the Mixer menu prior to posting. I also had "upload score audio" selected at the time of upload.

Any ideas what might be going on?

EDIT: Using MuseScore 3.6.2 on Mac OS Big Sur. Mobile apps used to test are both up to date on iOS 14.6 (iPhone) and whatever the most current Android OS is on a Galaxy Tab S7.

EDIT 2: Wasn't sure whether to post this here or on the .com support discussion. I figured I'd try here first since I created the score using the software, and thought the issue might have started there. Let me know if I should take this elsewhere.

The mobile apps use their own and a rather limited soundfont, the HQ one is available too meanwhile, but no other.
And the mobile apps are not dealt with here on musescore.org but on musescore.com only.

Ah, I see. Is there any way to set a preference for which soundfont gets used when playing back via the app? I didn't see an option in the software itself, but I'm extremely new and still learning my way around. I thought it strange it would just choose honky tonk instead of the default grand piano.

Yeah, I wasn't sure where this post belonged. I thought maybe there was a setting I missed when getting the file ready for upload, so I figured I'd try here first.

Thanks for your help!
