GSoC 2021 - Week 3 - Tempo Popup

Over the course of the past week, I've come close to completing the Tempo Popup, except for a few minor fixes

Users can now use the popup to enter equations with all three tabs - Tempo, Equation and Code. The Code tab currently only supports simple markings that can be notated using the other tabs because of limitations in the symbol set, but is designed to make it easy for future expansion

The tempo marking has also been modified to prevent changes to the equation without using the popup. Users will not be able to select or delete the equation part of the marking. The cursor also treats the equation as a single character, when the marking is being edited and the user moves the cursor using the Left or Right arrow keys, making it impossible to input text within the equation itself.
