Move Note Placement Under Rhythmic Slash

Hi,

Looking for help with the following:
Writing a bass note and a rhythm section hit together (i.e. voice 1 and 2).
If you see, my bass note, is almost where beat 2 should be.

What I want:
That the bass note is directly under the slash where you would expect a note on beat 1 to be located.

Please advise.
