See https://musescore.org/en/node/318800 for original report. To reproduce, enter notes and rests into voice 3, then select and run Tools / Toggle Rhythmic Notation followed by Tools / Fill With Slashes. Result: the notes in the rhythmic notation are offset correctly (above the staff) but the rests are not offset as far as they should be.

I believe this is due to https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/6757. I will leave a comment there as well with a proposal.
