Rename Symbols palette, add more symbols, or move Fret Diagram elsewhere

Ubuntu Studio 14.04, GIT commit: 9195a9f

Right now, we have a "Symbols" palette with only one symbol - a fret diagram. That's not the most intuitive name for a palette whose only purpose right now is to add fret diagrams. I guess the intent is to be able to add more symbols, but maybe we could preload it with more symbols to justify its name? That doesn't solve the issue of it being hard to guess where to find fret diagrams, though. What about a "Guitar Notations" palette with fret diagrams and bends, perhaps the string numbers and too?
