TAB
I create an electric guitar score. I add notes on the trebble clef staff but the TAB no longer automatically appear. How do I get the TAB to generate?

You need to add a linked (Tab) staff to the existing instrument, not another instrument (in Tab notation), see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/create-new-score#add-staff
The Solo / Guitar + Tablature template is set up that way.
