How can I add dots for all the notes? I need to get the 2nd pic. from the 1st one.

However, this seems to be a bug, the dot of one note in a chord should not get hidden by the dot of another note in the same chord and as far as I can tell that had not been reported up to now, so feel free to do so in the issue tracker
