Combining a bunch of different scores?

Hi, I'm trying to collect a bunch of different pieces into a pdf to print out as a book, but apparently albums have been disabled in v3. (I've spent the last week converting all my stuff from v2 to v3 >_< ) I could just print them out individually and combine the pdfs, but I'm not sure how to get the page numbers right. You can put "$P" in the footer but is there a way to tell it "$P"+X? Thanks!
