Switching audio output resulting in no sound
Musescore seems to have problems with switching audio source. It has occurred for a long time for me and with different computers and headphones.
When connecting headphones, or disconnecting them, Musescore never recognizes the new audio output and I have to restart the program for it to work. Is there a fix for this on its way?

Instead of restarting MuseScore restart only its audio and MIDI, by toggling the MIDI button in the toolbar

This might change in MuseScore4; but for now it is the operating system not notifying the underlying audio libraries on which MuseScore is built.
