No idea what that image is supposed to tell. It does show

I have tried to drag the dialog smaller. This was impossible. I have also tried to hit Return, but nothing happened.

Return is the same as hitting OK, Esc the same as Cancel (in that dialog at least)

And it very surely is possible to drag the dialog (much!) smaller. At least in 3.6.2 (and on Wondows 11)

Why not attach the score showing your attempts; and also explain precisely what you wish to appear in the header/footer?

Or grep the top left corner and drag the dialog smaller, then grab the title bar and move it up.
Or just press return...
