That import service is a thing offered at the .com website and question regarding it should be asked/addressed there as well.

To my knowledge the service offered at .com has nothing to do with having a subscription on that site.
But yes, even during a trial period that site would be the correct place about it.

Nothing to do I have tried again several times buit it gives me corrupted data.....

Starting with PDF import is not the way to go anyhow. You''re almost always much better of entering the score manually

Personally I enjoy playing and can't start writing notes manually. I'm not a professional musician :)
