Playback stops working with new headphones
I couldn't get my old headphones to work to, but it suddenly worked on a completely random day.
Anyway since my old headphones broke, I have to buy a new one and I'm back to scratch.
I have seen every forum I can find but I can't get it to work.

If I plug in my headphones before I open the app, it doesn't even clickable. If I plug in after that, I can't change to headphones

Like I said, I tried all of them and none worked
Since nothing works, let's circle back to the basics.
Which MuseScore version, which OS and what I/O settings are available to you (with the headphones connected)?

It suddenly fixed today but I thought I should get the newest version and.......it's not working again.

One of my laptops is like that. If I want to use headphones, I have to plug them in before I start MuseScore. If I unplug them, out put does not go to speakers. If I start MuseScore with speakers and plug in headphones, the output is still speakers. My other computers work fine. I don't think there is much to be done about it. I just have to remember to set up things the way I want before hand. I don't think it is a problem with MuseScore.

Could it be the sound card drivers? Update or reinstall them?
