Unknown ornament/articulation

I don't know what the ornament/articulation above the tremblements are.

Looks like a natural, but I don't know how to apply it. The key is one sharp. Maybe the tremblement is between E and F natural? When played in MuseScore, the tremblement is between E and F sharp. Is there a way to produce a half step tremblement?

I think I've figured out a workaround. I'll use text to create the key signature. That way the tremblement plays between E and F natural. Oddly enough, there are no F notes in the piece, but there are other sharp accidentals. Someone in the field applying their best guess when transcribing heard music.
