Cross Staff bar line
I'm not able to do a Cross bar staff. Tried - Ctrl + Shift + Arrow key ( did not work )

It needs to be 2 adjacent staves from the same instrument (like a Piano or other keyboard)

Pictures don't help much here, the real score (of a part of it) much more so

For cross staff notation you need to enter these in the bottom staff first, then move up, not entering them in the top staff

By "Real score", Jojo means a .mscz file. i e. Musescore's representation of the score, not another application's representation - like a graphic application's representation as a picture.

I found the issue, there was glitch with the file. the score is a XML convent.
I tested it on a new project created on MS it worked. So what I had been doing from the start was right. Just this glitch did not allow it to work. shame

Again, if you simply attach your score, we can help you easily. No need for shame!
But my guess is, the file you imported was specifying two separate instruments instead of a single instrument with two staves. If so, you'd need to add a staff then copy/paste the contents over. Again, if you need further assistance, we can almost certainly show you exactly how, step by step, once you attach your score.
