pick up measures
Hello I am a newbie to Musescore and I am having a problem figuring out how to change my first and last measure that I have already created into a pick up measure. The music is written in 3/4 time and the first measure has only one count and the last measure has two counts.
I am using a MacBook Pro with no mouse. I am stuck at this point and I really do not know how to fix the problem. All the YouTube explanations are telling me to select the measure and right click... and then a window pops up for the measure properties. None of this happens for me... and I cannot find the correct area to look for this box.
Another problem is that I am also new to all music notations I am a total beginner to all the terminology as well. Thank You to anyone who can help.

I can highlight the measure by tapping twice By highlighting I see a box that surrounds the measure. It is from here I am stuck

What about Ctrl+click ?
