MIXER and SYNTHESIZER is not showing

im using 3.6.2 version (latest) with WINDOWS 10pro
after 2months of not using musescore, this problems came in.
mixer and synthesizer buttons are grayed out, and cannot access nor click them.
so playback is not working too.

can you guys give links or steps how to fix it. thank you in advance. and have a good one.
