Is there a plugin for Time Signatures?
Is there a plugin that allows for alternating, additive, and other uncommon time signatures? I'm curious, cause I saw the development solution that was apparently supposed to be added in 3.6, so I'm just looking for a solution I can use for now.

I'm sorry, but that just goes over my head. I don't know much about programming at all, so I don't even know what I'm trying to look at.
