Playing a staff instrument from a MIDI keyboard or virtual piano keyboard
A useful feature for users is the ability to play the various staff instruments directly from a MIDI keyboard, or the virtual piano keyboard. This deserves a mention in the handbook.

Do you mean, using MuseScore as a real-time synthesizer, as opposed to using it for note input? Makes sense (especially now that this actually works - apparently it didn't until a few days ago). Where would you propose putting this?
How about a chapter called "MuseScore as a real-time synthesizer" (or suchlike) in the "Sound and playback" section?

Considering it really is very unsuited for the task - way too limited to be of much practical use - I don't think getting people's hopes up with a page dedicated to the topic is a great idea. I was thinking more along the lines of adding a couple of paragraphs to an existing page, like a page on MIDI, or on playback.
