Erasing Arrow question

• Dec 1, 2022 - 17:45

Love musescore (although "MusicScore" would have been my choice. this looks like Muses Core).

So... after I select a bar line and hit Enter (to create a line with 4 measures) it shows an ARROW indicating that I have adjusted the measures.

Is there any way to get rid of that arrow?

I typically just screen scot my musical examples for my students (that I write for them in that moment) and it's distracting for them to see an arrow.

Any help? Pleeeeeeease
thank you

It indicates a system break. You get rid of it in the same way as anything else. Click on it to select and press Delete.

If you just don't want to see it go to view menu and untick "Show unprintable"

Also note that if you use the built-in image capture tool that you can choose to save a "print-version" of the selected area instead of a screen-version.

But yes, the option you're looking for can be found in the View menu.
